Shipping policy

Order Processing:
  • Orders will be processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing before shipment.
Shipping Time:
  • Shipping time is estimated to be 3-5 business days from the date of shipment.
  • Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the destination and carrier's delivery schedule.
Free Shipping:
  • Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $99 (before taxes and after discounts).
  • For orders below $99, standard shipping rates will apply, which will be calculated at checkout.
In-Store Pickup:
  • Customers have the option to select "In-Store Pickup" during checkout if they prefer to collect their order from our physical store.
  • Once the order is ready for pickup, we will notify the customer via email or phone.
  • Orders will typically be ready for pickup within 1-2 business days after the order is placed.
  • Please bring a valid ID and a copy of the order confirmation when picking up the order in-store.
Order Tracking:
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to track the shipment's progress.
Shipping Restrictions:
  • Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States.
  • We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses outside of the United States.
Shipping Rates:
  • Shipping rates are based on the destination and the weight of the items in your order.
  • You can view the shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.
Lost or Damaged Shipments:
  • In the rare event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
  • We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
