Simple Usage Instructions:
Using Spa Marvel Cleanser is easy with the following steps:

Step 1: Open all jets and water features.
Step 2: Remove filters (operating the spa without filters will not harm it).
Step 3: Pour 1 bottle of Spa Marvel Cleanser into the existing water. Turn the pumps on high for at least 1 hour. If your spa is less than 3 months old or if you have already used Spa Marvel Water Treatment, drain the spa after 1 hour. Otherwise, leave the cleanser in the water for at least another 23 hours during regular filtration cycles. If needed, you can leave the cleanser in the water for longer. Do not allow bathers to enter the spa with cleanser in the water. Afterward, drain the spa, rinse it out, and refill according to the manufacturer's instructions. Repeat this process before every water change.

New Spa Owners' Tips:
For brand-new spa owners, using Spa Marvel Cleanser is recommended to remove residues from the manufacturing process. However, if you're eager to start using your spa or anticipate high bather loads in the first few weeks, you can opt for traditional spa treatment products initially. Once the initial period is over, typically within 1-3 weeks, perform a water change and use Spa Marvel Cleanser to thoroughly clean the plumbing system. After draining the water, you can start fresh with Spa Marvel Water Treatment & Conditioner for ongoing maintenance.

When parts are returned, they must be in salable condition and in the original packaging. Once we inspect your return, and these conditions are met, you will receive a Store Credit that does not expire.

PLEASE Do Not Send Back Opened and/or Wet Filters. We will not be able to issue credit for Opened and/or Wet Filters.
